Gresford The Anatomy of a DisasterThe Gresford Disaster remains one of the worst in recorded history. This new 1999 publication from Liverpool University Press has been superbly compiled by Stanley Williamson and is available from major bookshops at £11.95. This web site will shortly publish its own Gresford Page's, and will relay the authors personal memories of the effect it had on his own childhood some 20 years after the disaster, and why it is still talked about in the year 2000, seventy six years on.
