If you are, or know of any established or budding artist who would like their work published, please
e-mail info@shropshiremining.org.uk. This site will continue to
expand with the emphasis on localised mining history, the
project is on going, but volunteer contributors are needed
to assist, is it You!?. Ifton Pit , Highley
and Granville operations are currently being researched, as is the role of Shropshire Miners involved in
major rescue attempts following such disasters as the 1934
accident over the border at Gresford .
